Print Shipping Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the generated return authorization slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Moen products in their original manufacturer packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned fixtures for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
